Chef Jim Smith selects each bottle on our wine list with a purpose, considering how it pairs with our food, the region it represents, and the people who make it. The list brings together wines from some of his favorite growing regions and countries, with particular attention to small, independent producers who practice sustainable farming. We value wines that express their terroir—the distinct character of the place they come from—much as our cooking reflects the ingredients and flavors of our own region. Alongside our bottle list, the Chef's Reserve includes personal favorites and highly allocated selections. We're proud to share these wines with our guests and help them find a bottle they'll enjoy.
